A 4 week course beginning Tuesday | Chof Ches Cheshvan | November 22 @ 2:00pm
On November 22nd, Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs (CHYE) will be initiating “LaunchPad”, a new 4-week business course designed for early-stage entrepreneurs who are in their first year of business or in the process of launching.
Participants will attend a one-hour live class over Zoom each week for four weeks taught by top industry experts, culminating in an in-person networking event where participants will get to meet each other as well as the instructors and local business leaders.
If you are starting a business or have recently launched, the LaunchPad course is an opportunity to learn strategies, tips, and techniques from successful business experts and mentors.
The course outline is as follows:
Week 1: Strategy:
Positioning, Pricing, and Competitor Analysis.

Week 2: Marketing:
Create a one-page Marketing Plan
Teacher: Yossi Apfelbaum CEO Ajax Union
Week 3: Finance:
Break-even Calculation, Cash-flow, P&L (profit and loss) Balance Sheet
Teacher: Stu Greenberg Stuart Greenberg CPA
Week 4: Operations:
Evaluating your strengths and weaknesses, Goal Setting, Planning for all scenarios
Teacher: Gabe Guilis Founder of Spotblinds
The LaunchPad course is free and open to anyone in their first-year of business or in the process of launching their business – including both men and women and entrepreneurs of all ages.
